SRINAGAR: Modi's fascist Indian government in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir has started confiscating the properties of Kashmiris to deter them from their struggle for independence and to intimidate them.
According to Kashmir Media Service, confiscation of immovable property has been started from Srinagar district of Kashmir Valley under the black law "UAPA".
SSP Rakesh Bilwal has confirmed that more than 12 houses have been identified for confiscation in Sura, Pantha Chhok, Batamal, Nogam and Haroon areas of Srinagar.
According to experts, the move is part of the Modi government's plan to displace Kashmiri Muslims in their homeland. He further added that it was ridiculous that Indian troops had already destroyed a large number of Kashmiris' homes and properties using mortar shells and explosives.
The Enforcement Directorate, a notorious Indian investigative agency, today raided more than 12 locations in the occupied territories to implicate Kashmiri independence activists and businessmen in false cases.
