Australia have reached the semi-finals of the ICC Women's World Cup by defeating the West Indies.
Australia beat West Indies by 157 runs in a one-day international in Wellington on Tuesday.
In the match in Wellington, Australia batted first and scored 305 runs for the loss of three wickets. In response, the entire West Indies team was bowled out for 148 runs.
"Australia are close to winning the title for the seventh time since reaching the final of the Women's World Cup," the ICC said in a tweet on Tuesday.
Pakistan's women's team also took part in the event, but on March 26, New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 71 runs and was eliminated from the event.
