Moscow: Dmitry Rogozin, head of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, has reported that Russia is suspending its cooperation with the International Space Station (ISS).
According to world media, Rogozin said that Russia will also suspend its partnership with NASA, European Space Agency (ESA) and Canadian Space Agency (CSA).
In Russian-language tweets, Rogozin said: "The resumption of relations between us and our partners in the International Space Station and other joint ventures is possible only with the full and unconditional removal of illegal sanctions."
"We have sent a letter to NASA, the ESA and the CSA calling for the lifting of sanctions against various businesses in the Russian rocket and space industry," Rogozin said.
