Mumbai: Police have arrested two persons including her personal assistant for the alleged murder of Indian actress Sonali Phogat.
According to Indian media, the police arrested 2 people, including her personal assistant, for the alleged murder of actress and BJP member Sonali Phogat. Sonali Phogat was shifted to a hospital in Goa on August 22, where doctors declared her dead.

Sonali Phogat's post-mortem report confirmed multiple marks of torture and injury. After the post-mortem report, Sonali's personal assistant Sudhir Sagwan and her friend Sukhwinder Vasi were arrested after a case was registered on the request of her brother.
Indian media says that Sonali Phogat's reputation was that of a controversial figure. She rose to fame from Tik Tok and was also a part of the reality show Bigg Boss.
