Engagement of Jordanian Crown Prince Al Hussein in Riyadh

 Jordanian Crown Prince Al Hussein was engaged to Rajawa Khalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif on Wednesday, August 17, in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

According to the Jordanian news agency Petra, on this occasion, King Abdullah Al-Thani of Jordan, Queen Rania, Prince Al-Hassan bin Talal of Jordan's ruling family, Prince Hashem bin Abdullah Al-Thani, Prince Ali bin Hussein, Prince Hashim bin Hussein, Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, Prince Rashid bin Hasan and several personalities from the Al-Saif family were present.

The Jordanian royal family issued a statement regarding the engagement. Congratulations to King Abdullah Al Thani and Queen Rania.

In the statement, Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Al-Thani and Rajawat Khalid bin Musaad bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saif have expressed their wish for a successful, happy and joyful life.

According to Al-Arabiya Net, the fiancee of the Jordanian crown prince, Rajawa bint Khalid, is from Saudi Arabia. She was born on 28 April 1994 in Riyadh. Father's name is Khalid bin Musa'id bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saif, mother's name is Hazrat bint Nayef Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Sudairi.

Rajawa bint Khalid received her secondary education in Saudi Arabia and graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at American University Syracuse, New York.
