New York: Famous American actor Johnny Depp managed to earn 3 million pounds in just a few hours.
Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp auctioned off his first art collection, paintings, this week, Depp's art collection sold for £3.6 million through Castle Fine Art, foreign media reports.
According to a report by the British newspaper Daily Mail, Johnny Depp auctioned a limited edition of his art collection consisting of 780 art pieces which was sold in a few hours and Depp managed to earn 3.6 billion pounds in a few hours.
Talking about his art collection, Johnny Depp said, "My paintings surround my life, but I keep them to myself, but no one should limit themselves so much."
It should be noted that Johnny Depp's 'Friends and Heroes' collection also included pop art style classic paintings of Bob Dylan, Keith Richards, Elizabeth Taylor and Alpacchino.
