The Public Transport Authority in Saudi Arabia says that 'since the implementation of the law to make digital car rent agreement mandatory for the rent a car service sector, more than 1.3 million digital agreements have been made in the kingdom.'

Regarding the uniform digital agreement, the authority said that the rights of the parties are guaranteed in the agreement, which must be adhered to and legal action is taken for violation.
The authority has also clarified that 'rent a car service providers are obliged to enter into a digital contract with their customers and customers should also not accept traditional paper contracts if the rent a car company In case of violation, the complaint can be registered on the toll-free number 19929.
