The meeting of the new ambassador of Kuwait to Yemen with the Secretary General of the GCC

 Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General Nayef al-Hajraf has been met by the new ambassador of Kuwait to the Republic of Yemen on Monday.

According to a statement on the GCC's Twitter account, during the meeting, the Secretary General of the GCC appreciated Kuwait's efforts and support for ending the crisis in Yemen and for peace and stability.

He congratulated the new Ambassador of Kuwait on his appointment and wished him success.

Besides, the Ambassador of Maldives in Saudi Arabia also met the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

  According to SPA, Secretary General Naif Al-Hajraf and Ambassador of Maldives Mohamed Khalil discussed several issues of common interest between GCC and Maldives.

The parties also explored ways to advance and develop these issues.
