The Secretary General of the United Nations expressed his regret over the destruction caused by the floods in Pakistan

 United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has expressed regret over the devastation caused by floods in Pakistan.

Permanent Representative of Pakistan Munirakaram met UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.

On this occasion, Antonio Guterres said that he will make a special appeal to the international community to help Pakistan, which will make the process of rehabilitation and reconstruction possible in Pakistan.

 In the meeting, Munirakaram informed about the deaths due to flood in Pakistan and the displacement of more than 3.3 million people, on which the Secretary General of the United Nations assured full cooperation.
