ROME: TikTok star Khabe Lame, who rose to global fame with silent video clips, has been granted Italian citizenship.

Khabe Lame started his Tik Tok career in 2020 after being fired from his job due to the lockdown in Italy.
In these two years, he achieved a dramatic rise in the digital world. Quickly reaching 14.8 million followers, Khabe is the number one TikTok creator globally.
In an interview with the New York Times last year, Khabe described his expressions as a universal language and said, "It's my face and expressions that make people laugh."
"I'm very proud," he said at the citizenship ceremony. "I used to feel Italian before today because I've always lived here." I understand the responsibility regarding the oath I took. These are not mere words.
