Washington: The United States has transferred the frozen 3.5 billion dollars of Afghanistan to a new fund.
According to the statement issued by the US Treasury, the assets of the Central Bank of Afghanistan will be transferred to a trust fund in Switzerland. The amount of 3.5 billion dollars of Afghanistan will be spent on restoring and stabilizing the economy of Afghanistan.

US officials say money will not be given to Afghanistan's central bank until it is freed from political pressure and influence.
