Thousands of people have been ordered to evacuate their homes after wildfires broke out in the western US state of California.
According to the news agency AFP, more than 1000 acres of the state of California are engulfed in fire.
Several buildings are engulfed in flames while the fire department has warned that the fire is spreading at an alarming rate.

Temporary shelters have been set up to protect animals and livestock from the fire.
The evacuation orders state that "lives are in immediate danger and it is a legal order to leave the area immediately." Legally, this area has been closed to the public.
California, Nevada and Arizona have been burning wildfires as temperatures soar.
According to the National Weather Service, the intensity of heat continues in the western regions of the country even at the beginning of September, a record increase in temperature has been observed, which is expected in other regions as well.
California's northern Siskiyou County has been plagued by wildfires for the past few years. The Siskiyou region is heavily forested and sparsely populated.
In 2014, more than 150 buildings were destroyed by fire in the Wade area of Siskiyou County.
Scientists say that global warming, i.e. the increase in the average temperature of the earth, is intensifying the weather.
