Saudi Cabinet meeting, Jeddah Development Authority established under the chairmanship of the Crown Prince

The Acting Minister of Information said that the cabinet has considered the positive estimates of the crediting rating agencies related to the economy of Saudi Arabia as proof of the effectiveness of economic reforms.

The cabinet directed the Minister of Foreign Affairs to negotiate and sign memorandums of understanding regarding political consultation with Nepal and Bolivia, the Minister of Culture to negotiate and sign a memorandum of understanding with South Africa on cooperation in the fields of culture and arts, the Minister of Industries and Minerals. Delegated powers to negotiate and sign a memorandum of understanding with Australia on cooperation in the mineral sector.

The cabinet approved the establishment of diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and the Commonwealth of Bahamas. Assigned the authority to sign the protocol in this regard to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The cabinet has appointed Princess Sarah bint Musaed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Princess Nauf bint Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Saud, Dr. Hudi bint Muhammad Al Ameel and Dr. Alham bint Mansoor Al Dakhil as members of the Family Affairs Council regarding the affairs of children, women and the elderly. .
