Saudization in entertainment centers, announcement of exemption for seven professions

 In Saudi Arabia, the implementation of the Saudization law in playland and family entertainment centers is starting from Sunday, September 25.

Regarding the implementation of the law, the Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare of the Population has announced the exemption of 7 professions in this sector from Saudization.

Urgent News reported with reference to the Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare of the Population that the deadline of September 25 was given for Saudization in permanent and temporary amusement parks and children's playlands.

After the deadline, investigations will begin in amusement parks and playlands and action will be taken against those who do not implement the law.

The ministry has announced exemptions for 7 professions in this sector, including drivers of buses transporting and transporting sanitation workers, loading and unloading workers, barbers, plumbers and skilled and trained operators of electronic swings. .

Apart from these seven professions, Saudization has been declared mandatory in all other professions. After the deadline ends on Sunday, the investigation process will be started.

The Ministry of Manpower had said that playlands built inside malls would have 100 percent Saudization, while a target of 70 percent had been set for family parks.
