The sponsor of the temporary worker should refer to the authorized representative office appointed by him. Valid passport and its photocopy should be provided for name verification.

The name mentioned in the passport should be entered in the prescribed form with the same spelling so that it can be corrected in Iqama.

After correcting the name in Iqama, another card has to be printed. The second card will also be printed at the same time.

It should be noted that according to the authorization system, it is mandatory for the sponsor of the worker to refer to the authorization office through the representative appointed by him for the execution of the documentation of the Iqama holder workers. Worker cannot approach directly for his case.

It should be noted that for the affairs of the families of foreign workers, the worker himself can directly approach any designated office of legalization, because the foreigner is the sponsor of his family, so he can obtain the legal documents of his wife or children. For correctness or any matter may refer to the Office of Legalization.

In this regard, it was said on behalf of Juzaat that for the renewal of Iqama, it is mandatory that the worker's passport is not expired, in this case there is no obstacle in renewing Iqama.

It should be noted that the complete details of the foreign worker's travel document are fed into the Central Authorization System. If the passport is expired then Iqama cannot be renewed.

After creating a new passport, it is necessary to feed it into the authorization system, which in Arabic is called 'duplication'. Copy of Worker's Passport can be done by Worker's Sponsor through his/her Abrasia resident account.

In case of difficulty in obtaining a copy of the new passport information, it is mandatory to approach the passport office after printing the objection raised by the passport, however, any nearest passport office can be contacted for the same. Advance appointment is required.
