What would be the possible consequences if Russia launched a nuclear attack on Ukraine?

 After Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine, the West has been debating how he would respond if it happened.

According to the French news agency AFP, Vladimir Putin said in his televised speech that "if the West shows its 'nuclear blackmail' on the conflict, Moscow will respond with the power of all its vast arsenal."

He said that if the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, we will use all available means to protect our people. Russia has many weapons to respond.

Analysts are not convinced that the Russian president is ready to become the first person to use nuclear weapons since the US bombed Japan in 1945.
