Preparations for the launch of a new airline by Al-Saudia Airlines have entered the final stages. The name of the new airline is said to be 'RIA'.
Sabak News has said with reference to 'Arabian Business' that work is going on for the last 12 months regarding the establishment of a new airline company. The company has been established with the support of the Saudi Investment Public Fund.

Sources further said that the newly launched airline will start flights to 150 countries, including Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asian countries.
It should be noted that the development of the aviation sector is an important part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, whose goals will be to provide air services to 30 million passengers annually by the year 2030.
