How to make a separate Iqama for children over 18 years of age?

Immigration laws in Saudi Arabia are clear. Juzaat is responsible for foreigners' residence card 'Iqama' and exit re-entry 'Izhur wawadah' or final exit which is called 'Izhur Nahai' in Arabic.

According to the Juzaat Law, there is no fee for final exit, whereas there is a fee for exit re-entry, which is charged on a monthly basis.

A person on Juzaat's Twitter asked that the daughter's age has reached 18 years. In this case, his iqama has to be separated, his fee is being told differently, is that correct?

Answering the question, Jujazat said that 'as long as children of foreigners are under 18 years of age, their Iqama is with their father, when they reach 18 years of age, their Iqama must be separated'.

The process of separating children's iqama is called 'fasal ta'ab' in Arabic, meaning separating the dependent from iqama. The fee for crop submission is 500 riyals. In addition, if there is a delay in the renewal of the Iqamah, then a fine of 500 Rials will be imposed.

It should be noted that Juzaat has provided the facility of 'Fasal Ta'ab' on Absharportal, for which there is no need to go to the Juzaat office or hire an agent.

For separation of subjugation i.e. Iqama of children can be done through 'Tawaswal' service on Abshar Portal. Iqama fee does not have to be paid while performing the process of subjugation.

While uploading the matter through Tawaswal service, care should be taken to select 'Fasal Ta'ab' from the various services available on Tawaswal service.

There is also a related form on the Abshar portal where name, Iqama number, date of birth, father's name, Iqama number and other information are entered in Arabic.

Download the form and create a single PDF file of child's passport, Iqama and father's Iqama and upload it on Tawaswal.

It should be noted that when uploading the scanned copies of the documents on Tawaswal, they should be in one file, the scanned copies should not be uploaded separately.

Uploading the scan copy in a separate file will not complete the application as there is a single file option which cancels the previous one by uploading the second file.

Some people don't upload a file due to which they face problems and the transaction gets cancelled. The application is processed within three days after the file is uploaded correctly.

At the time of renewing the iqama of the head of household after the completion of the subjugation process, the annual fee of 500 Riyals has to be paid for the child whose iqama has been separated.

A person on Twitter of Jujazat inquired about the exit of Nahai, "Has the exit fee been fixed because when we tried to make the final exit of the family from the Abshar portal, there was no success, there was an 'inadequate fee' message, why is it so?" Is?

In response to the question, Juzaat said that there is no fee for the final exit, however, care should be taken to ensure that at least two months are left in the period of Iqama.

It is necessary to pay the fee imposed under family fee, after which the exit can be confirmed. There is a 60-day grace period after the ban is imposed, during which time it is necessary to travel out of the country, otherwise a fine of 1000 riyals is imposed.

It should be noted that 400 riyals per person per month is charged as family fee. The minimum period for renewal of Iqama is 3 months.
