ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack on the shrine in Iran

 ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack on Shah Chirag's shrine in Iran's Fars province.

According to foreign media, a shooting incident at a shrine in the Iranian city of Shiraz took place on Wednesday, in which several people were killed.

On the other hand, 15 people were killed in the incident as confirmed by the Iranian government while ISIS claimed 20 people were killed.

ISIS has claimed responsibility through the Telegram channel. According to ISIS, they targeted the Dargah in the city of Shiraz in southern Iran.

According to ISIS, 20 people were killed and dozens were injured by its firing, while it has also been reported that the attackers targeted people engaged in worship.
