Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Jemima condemn the attack on Imran Khan

 London / Toronto: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Jemima Goldsmith have condemned the attack on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan.

In one of his messages on Twitter, the Canadian Prime Minister said that the attack on Imran Khan and his supporters is unacceptable.

"I strongly condemn this violence as it has no place in politics, democracy or our society," he added.

Justin Trudeau said that he is praying for the speedy recovery of Imran Khan and other injured.

Imran Khan's ex-wife Jemima has thanked God for Imran Khan's safety while describing the news of the attack as terrifying.

He also thanked the young man on behalf of Imran Khan's sons who resisted the gunman.
