A special fund to help vulnerable countries affected by global warming has been approved at the COP27 conference to combat the effects of climate change.
According to the French news agency AFP, the COP 27 meeting is being held in the Egyptian city of Sharm el-Sheikh under the auspices of the United Nations.

The move comes as a result of two weeks of continuous negotiations, in which developing countries have been demanding reparations from rich countries that are the major cause of polluting the environment, while the role of developing countries in climate change is negligible. Is.
Climate change negotiations were initiated by the United Nations at COP 27. In this meeting, 'restitution' was not given much importance.
However, concerted efforts by developing countries played a decisive role and the resistance of rich countries, which were afraid to openly take responsibility for climate change, melted away.
As the discussion progressed in this regard, the position of developing countries gained importance.
The Executive Director of Power Shift Africa, Muhammad Adao, said on the occasion that "at the beginning of the talks, the issue of compensation was not included in the agenda, today we are making a date."
He further said that "it has become clear that the negotiations under the supervision of the United Nations are productive." Developed countries should understand the suffering of weak countries instead of making them a political football.
The compensation fund to be set up broadly covers the destruction of bridges and houses due to floods and other impacts of climate change.
It also includes points on threats to islands, oceans and cultures.
This year, the devastating effects of climate change were seen in Pakistan when large parts of the country were inundated with floods, while Somalia faced severe threats of drought.
The affected countries became the center of attention of the world and there was a push to stop the actions that are causing climate change, which is the main target of the poor countries.
Similarly, these countries are already suffering from inflation and external debt.
