Destruction due to Hurricane Nicole in Florida, millions of homes and offices are without power

 Hurricane Nicole wreaked havoc in the US state of Florida, resulting in disruption of the power system.

According to a foreign news agency, 600,000 homes lost electricity after the hurricane struck, after which the administration restored 50% of the electricity, but still 50% of the population is in darkness.

On the other hand, 2 people died due to electrocution due to a falling power line in Orange Country, Florida.

The state administration has issued instructions to the residents to move to safe places by imposing emergency in the areas, while the citizens have been advised to stay at home in case of rain.

State officials say that Hurricane Nicole has weakened after hitting Florida's east coast, with sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour.

According to media reports, the storm will weaken as it moves south over the next two days, while 20 schools in the district have been closed in anticipation of the storm, and all commercial flights at Orlando International Airport have been suspended.
