The New Zealand Cricket Board has agreed to release Kiwi cricketer Martin Guptill from his central contract.
New Zealand Cricket says that Martin Guptill can find opportunities anywhere now that he will be considered for selection, but priority will be given to players included in the central contract.
Martin Guptill says that it is a great honor to play for the country, now I have to look for other options for myself.
Martin Guptill did not play a match in the T20 World Cup and was not included in the series against India.
