Russia announces withdrawal from Ukraine grain export agreement

 Russia has announced its withdrawal from the UN-brokered Ukraine grain export agreement.

Russia has said that Ukraine has given a written guarantee not to target the grain corridor in the Black Sea, which the US has also welcomed.

It should be noted that Russia announced its withdrawal from the Ukraine grain export agreement last week and took the position that it cannot guarantee the safety of civilian ships passing through the Black Sea after the attack on the Russian fleet.
