British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife Kerry have announced the birth of a healthy baby girl.
A spokesman for the couple said the prime minister and his wife had announced the birth of a baby girl at a London hospital on Thursday morning, according to Reuters.
"The mother and daughter are OK and the couple would like to thank the National Health Service Maternity Team for their excellent performance and support," the spokesman said in a statement.
This is the second child of Boris Johnson and Kerry. Their first son, Wolfred, was born in April 2020, and they were married in May this year.
The British prime minister has been married twice before but has refused to say how many children he has.
However, he has four children with his second wife, Marina Wheeler, a lawyer.
