The first case of a new variant of Corona virus, Omi Crown, has been reported in Jordan.
According to the Jordanian Ministry of Health, Ajil News reports that the Omi Crown virus has been confirmed in passengers coming from South Africa.After the new virus was confirmed, the patient was quarantined at a local hotel where he was being treated.
The Jordanian Ministry of Health added that those coming from African countries are being closely monitored, and called for precautionary measures against corona.
