Individuals with the status of 'Kharj Wilm Yaad' can come to the country on the second visa of their former sponsor and will be allowed to come to the country on the second work visa after completion of 3 years of ban. Licenses
Riyadh (Urdupoint News Latest. February 16, 2022) Those who did not return after leaving Saudi Arabia were told how to return to the kingdom. According to Urdu News, a person on the Twitter handle of the Saudi Passport Department 'Licensing' found out that he left Saudi Arabia on a promise in 2017 but has not returned since then. My status 'Kharj Wilm Yaad' is appearing and I am absent from work in the records of Labor Office, so can I come to Saudi Arabia again now? ۔
In response to this question, the licenses stated that persons with the status of 'Kharj Wilm Yaad' are barred from entering the country for 3 years by law. They can come to the country and after completion of 3 years of ban, such foreigners are also allowed to come to the country on other work visa.
It should be noted that in Saudi Arabia, 'Kharj Walam Yaad' is used for those who do not return within the stipulated period after leaving the promise. Such persons cannot come to the country on any other work visa for 3 years, however Hajj visas can be granted, while those who fall into the category of Kharj-e-Wilm-e-Yaad during this restriction are required to come to the kingdom only if they wish to come to the kingdom during the restricted period. While they are allowed to come on another visa after the expiry of the said ban.
It is to be noted here that if the status of a worker is not included in the category of 'exit walam yaad' in the system of licenses, then his file is not closed in the system and if the file is not closed in the system of permits. If so, the worker may return to the country on the same visa after the prescribed procedure for extension of stay and departure period.
