Riyadh: Houthi rebels target oil installations in Saudi Arabia
According to Arab media, Houthi rebels attacked oil installations in Jeddah, setting fire to two wells. A loud explosion was also heard after the attack. Saudi officials say the fire brigade's timely action prevented the fire from spreading. And the fire was brought under control.
On the other hand, the Arab League destroyed 9 drones of Houthi rebels trying to target different areas of Saudi Arabia.
According to a statement issued by the Arab League, Houthi rebels tried to attack the southern, eastern and central parts of Saudi Arabia with explosive-laden drones, but were thwarted. No one was killed in the attack.
The Arab League has said that the actions of the Houthi rebels are a constant threat to the region and world peace.
