A man has been arrested for allegedly shooting and injuring 10 people at a Brooklyn subway station in New York City.
According to the Associated Press, law enforcement officials said the suspect had asked police to come and arrest him, after which he was charged with terrorism.

Two law enforcement officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said James had called to say he knew he was wanted and police could find him at a McDonald's in the East Manhattan neighborhood.
Chief of Department Kenneth Corey said James was gone when officers arrived, but he was soon seen standing on a nearby corner.
According to Police Commissioner Kechant Seoul, James had no place to flee.
