International community welcomes ceasefire in Yemen

 The international community has welcomed a two-month ceasefire between rivals in Yemen.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) praised the efforts of UN Special Representative Hans Grendberg and hoped that a ceasefire would alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people while reducing tensions with rivals in Yemen and reaching a comprehensive political solution to the conflict.
