The two actors got married in the traditional Punjabi style where they flirted in front of their family and close friends.
The theme of the wedding was gold and white and almost all the guests wore the same colors.
The wedding took place at the couple's Vastu Ghar in Bandra, to which only family and close friends were invited, and according to media reports, only 50 people attended.
Security was beefed up at the wedding venue as the actors' neighbors threatened media interference, and private guards and police forces, as well as sniffer dogs, were spotted.
It is to be noted that since Alia Bhatt and Ranbir did not provide any details of their marriage, various speculations were being made about this marriage for many days.
There were rumors about this marriage, sometimes at RK Studios and sometimes at the Kapoor family's ancestral home.
According to Indian media, after the marriage, Alia Bhatt will leave for America, where she will start shooting for her first Hollywood film, Heart of Stone.
After the marriage, Ranbir and Alia's first film will be 'Brahmastra' directed by Ayan Mukherjee. The shooting of the film has been completed and it will be released on September 9, 2022.
