Russian airstrikes on a port in the Ukrainian city of Odessa

 Russia's southern city of Ukraine and its Black Sea port have been hit by airstrikes, with several explosions heard in the city.



According to the foreign news agency, no one was killed in the air strike, while no official report was issued.


The blasts occurred around 6 a.m. in a seemingly industrial area of the strategic coastal city and black smoke and flames were seen in at least three places.

The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a Russian military base.
