Abroad travel, Corona medical insurance condition for children is over

 Saudi Arabia has lifted the ban on the Corona Medical Insurance Scheme for children traveling abroad.

According to Sabak website, the Passport Department said in a statement on Wednesday that children under the age of 12 were not allowed to travel abroad without the Corona Medical Insurance Scheme. Now this ban has been removed.

The passport department said in a statement that 'Saudi citizens who want to go to Arab countries must have a passport valid for at least three months. If going to any country other than the Arab countries, the passport must be valid for at least six months.

The Passport Department says that Saudis traveling to GCC countries must have a national identity card valid for at least three months. Without it, they cannot travel to a Gulf country on a national identity card.
