Nombio, an international specialized website that ranks the best performance in the economic, social and security sectors, has said that 5 cities of the United Arab Emirates are among the 10 safest cities in the world.

According to Nombio, Al Fujairah is one of the safest cities in the world. Abu Dhabi is second, Ajman is seventh, Sharjah is eighth and Dubai is ninth.
The German Internationals Foundation conducted a public opinion survey of the most preferred countries in 2022, in which 94 percent of expatriates said that the UAE was the safest country in their eyes.
Its importance can be gauged from the fact that in all the public opinion polls recorded so far regarding the safest country, as many as 81 percent of immigrants rated a single country as the safest.
In terms of international competitiveness, the United Arab Emirates has topped several international graphs related to social peace and stability.
The International Institute for Management Development 2021, an annual assessment of international competitiveness, has ranked the UAE first worldwide in the information security graph.
