Tabuk Governor Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz attended a ceremony as a special guest in which 359 families of Amalj Governorate were given the keys to their new homes.
According to Arab News, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz also inaugurated a new central park of the governorate on this occasion.
Saudi Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Haqeel while addressing the ceremony said that Tabuk has received a series of charitable and development projects in various sectors including municipal and housing related sectors, services, free land projects. "One of these projects is the Tabuk 1 housing project, which includes 901 residential villas and a number of government and investment facilities," he said.

This is in addition to the Tabuk Valley project, which is an extension of other projects and initiatives launched by the authorities in the region, which aims to provide more than six thousand properties for beneficiaries of the Skinny program.
The Amalaj project has cost 305 million riyals and includes complete infrastructure including new houses, schools, mosques and commercial spaces.
Meanwhile, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz inaugurated the new Central Park in Tabuk city. He was also presented with his commemorative photo on this occasion.
The park covers an area of 1.9 million square meters with 680 thousand square meters of green spaces and a walkway that stretches for more than two kilometers.
The park includes recreational and service facilities as well as trails for pedestrians and cyclists.
Governor Tabuk was also briefed on the progress of work in other ongoing services and development projects in the region, investment opportunities offered by Tabuk Municipality to the private sector and efforts to improve the urban landscape. .
The ceremony ended with Prince Fahd handing over the new houses to their new owners.
