More than 91 thousand disabled vehicles have been removed from the records

Abshar platform in Saudi Arabia has said that more than 91,000 vehicles have been removed from the records as part of the campaign to remove disabled or damaged vehicles from the records.

According to Akhbar 24, the statement said that the Saudi Ministry of Interior had provided this facility to local citizens and resident foreigners through the Abshar platform to remove disabled or damaged vehicles from their records. The process for this can be done online. This facility is for general individuals, institutions and companies.
Private vehicles, public or private transport mini or big buses, taxis, motorcycles or heavy vehicles can all be removed from the records through the online process, says Abshar.

According to Abshar, many facilities are being provided under the online process. Individuals or organizations can also complete the vehicle de-registration process online.

It should be noted that the deadline given by the Saudi government to remove disabled or damaged vehicles from the records ends on March 2023. During this time, no penalty will be charged to the persons or institutions who take action to remove the vehicles from their records.
