Violation of exit and return, the law will apply to the worker's family?

 According to the Iqama laws in Saudi Arabia, such people who go on a pilgrimage should return at the appointed time.

The perpetrator of this violation is blacklisted in the country for three years. This law applies to those working in the Kingdom on a work visa.

Persons who are added to the restricted category are blocked in the authorization system. Blocked persons are deported again if they return to the Kingdom during the specified period.

Keep in mind that under the rules of the Passport and Immigration (Permits) Department in Saudi Arabia, such expatriates who do not return after going to the exit agreement are recorded as violating the exit agreement.

Immigrants residing in the Kingdom on a work visa are blacklisted for 3 years if they are found to have violated the promise of exit, under which they cannot come on a new work visa for a specified period.

 It should be remembered that in the past, the system of Kharj Wilm Yad was also applied to females, but Rabadazan families were exempted from it. Companions or subordinates are not included in the above category. Therefore, they can be called again for Iqama.

Apart from this, under the Kharj-e-Wil-e-Yad law, those who come under this ban are allowed to come on the visa of the former sponsor during the ban, therefore, companions or subjects are not included in this term.

 A person on Twitter of Juzaat discovered that "Exit has been promised, according to the old passport, now a new passport has been obtained before the journey." Is it necessary to copy the information?

Answering the question, Juzaat said that the process can be completed through Juzaat's Abshar or Muqim platform for duplicating information in the other passport's Juzaat system.

It was further stated on Jawazat's Twitter that the new passport data can be fed into the system through Jawazaat's service 'Tawaswal' on Abshar or Moqim portal.

For data feed, Iqama photo should be uploaded in 'PDF' file apart from renewed and old passport. It should be noted that the file to be uploaded should be the same, if there is more than one, the system rejects it due to which the copying process cannot be completed.
