Wreckage of missing helicopter of Pakistan Army found, all 6 officers including Corps Commander Quetta martyred

 Rawalpindi: The wreckage of the missing helicopter of the Pakistan Army was found in Balochistan, in which all 6 officers and soldiers, including Corps Commander Quetta, were confirmed dead.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), a helicopter of the Pakistan Army Aviation, which was carrying six people including the commander of 12 corps, went missing during the relief operations in the flood-affected areas in Balochistan yesterday.

According to preliminary investigation, the helicopter crashed due to bad weather. The wreckage of the helicopter was found at Musa Goth in Windar area of ​​Lasbela. In the incident, all 6 officers and soldiers aboard the helicopter were martyred, including Corps Commander Lt. Gen. Sarfraz Ali.

The martyrs include Director General Pakistan Coast Guards Major General Amjad Hanif Sati, Brigadier Muhammad Khalid, Major Saeed Ahmed, Major Muhammad Talha Manan and Naik Mudassar Fayaz.
