America rejected Indian objection on selling parts of F-16 aircraft to Pakistan

Washington: India once again faced embarrassment at the global level. The United States rejected the objection on the sale of F-16 aircraft parts to Pakistan.

After meeting with his Indian counterpart Jaishankar in Washington, US Secretary of State Antony Blanken rejected the Indian objection to the sale of F-16 aircraft parts to Pakistan in a press conference.

The US Secretary of State rejected the objection that Pakistan's F-16 program is to combat terrorism. There is an obligation to provide maintenance to whoever supplies the military equipment. The deal for Pakistan is for the maintenance of already supplied aircraft. Pakistan is not being supplied with new aircraft, systems or new weapons.

He said that Pakistan's defense program strengthens the ability to deal with the threats of terrorism in the country or in the region. It is in no one's interest to allow these dangers to fester. Urges friends to resolve differences through diplomacy and dialogue.

It should be noted that the United States had approved the sale of F-16 aircraft equipment and equipment to Pakistan in the past few days.
