Saudi aerospace engineer Mishaal Al Shammari has been elected as the vice president of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF).
According to the Saudi news agency SPA, 14 candidates from around the world were candidates for this position. Mashaal al-Shammari is one of the 12 vice-presidents of the federation.
