Renowned Indian singer Falguni Pathak has expressed her desire to file a case against Neha Kakkar over the remake of her song 'Maine Payal Hai Chinkai'.
According to the Indian newspaper 'Hindustan Times', Falguni Pathak said in a recent interview that Neha Kakkar did not contact her before or after the release of her new song 'Osajna'.
She said that she wants to file a case against Neha Kakkar but the problem is that she doesn't have the rights of 'Maine Payal Hai Chinkai'.
On the other hand, many fans criticized Neha Kakkar saying that it was like 'ruining' the original song.

He said in his interview that 'I got a lot of love because of this song because it touched the feelings of many people.'
Remember that Falguni Pathak's song 'Maine Payal Hai Chinkai' was released in 1999. This song became very popular at the time of its release.
Neha Kakkar's song 'O Sajna' was released on YouTube on 19 September, using Falguni Pathak's lyrics. Apart from Neha, this new song also stars Pranaik Sharma and Dhanshri.
This song is composed by Tanshik Pagchi, famous for remakes of old Hindi songs.
Several fans on social media website Instagram have tagged both Falguni and Neha in their comments based on their dislike for the new song.
Falguni Pathak has shared many such posts in her stories without writing anything further.
In one such post, a fan wrote, "Stop torturing us with your voice and remakes."
Falguni Pathak while talking to 'Delhi Times' said that this (new) song has enhanced the beauty of the original song.
He said, 'The innocence that was in the video and picturization. What is his full sanityanas in this song?
Remixes happen but they should be done well. If you want to reach a new generation through your song, change the lyrics, don't make it dumb. Don't change the originality of the song.'
"I don't think I have to do anything about it," he added. My fans are taking notice of this. I am just sharing stories.
