On Tuesday, the restaurant of the American fast food chain McDonald's in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, reopened after the attack by Russia.
According to the French news agency AFP, the opening of a McDonald's restaurant in Kiev seven months after the Russian invasion shows that life is returning to normal in the Ukrainian capital.
The American fast food chain said in a statement that after discussions with Ukrainian authorities, security specialists and suppliers, the decision was made to open the restaurant for delivery first.

Maxim Khadap, a delivery boy sitting on his motorcycle outside the restaurant, told AFP: "It's a great pleasure to open the restaurant, I won't rest today."
A customer said that he had come to collect his order from the delivery boy in front of the restaurant.
"I placed the order for my girlfriend," 24-year-old Oleksandr Koderkovsky told AFP. At that time she has gone to work and I will take this for her.
"They love McDonald's and I'm going to surprise them."
McDonald's suspended operations in the country on February 24 following Russia's invasion of Ukraine earlier this year.
In October, the three restaurants will be fully operational with McDonald's drive-thru and express windows, the company said in a statement.
The statement added that seven more stores will be opened along with a phased restaurant opening program and more new restaurants will be opened in the capital and western parts of the country.
McDonald's resumption of operations in Ukraine after its closure in Russia is seen by many Ukrainians as a sign of support for the country.
McDonald's sold all of its restaurants to Russian businessman Alexander Goro earlier this year, along with its exit from the Russian market.
