Rangoon: Military ruler of Myanmar Aung Hlaing will visit Russia with a delegation.
According to the World News Agency, military ruler Aung Hlaing will visit Sri Lanka for the first time on a foreign visit and will participate in the Eastern Economic Forum. During the visit, Aung Hlaing will discuss economic and trade issues with the Russian President.

On the other hand, Myanmar is unlikely to be invited to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit in Cambodia in November this year.
ASEAN organizers had imposed a condition that Myanmar's military rulers would be invited if they resolved the country's political crisis and ensured the establishment of a democratic government, but the ASEAN organization has not been satisfied with KI's progress so far.
In particular, the ASEAN organization strongly criticized Myanmar's military rulers for executing a member of parliament of Aung San Suu Kyi's party, including a pro-democracy activist and activist.
Myanmar has been in chaos since the establishment of a military government in the country. The country's economy has been paralyzed while a crackdown operation is being carried out against those struggling against the dictatorship, in which more than 2,000 to 200 political opponents have been killed.
