A 10-year-old Saudi student won a global mental math competition in 10 minutes

 Ten-year-old Saudi student 'Turki Bajanid' has won the international competition of mental math (Mental Math) held in Egypt.

Talking to Saudi TV Al-Akhbariya, Turki Bajanid said that he is proud that he brought happiness to his country and parents.

Turki Bajanid mentioned his teacher Hussain Al-Abasi in this success and said that "my teacher introduced me to mathematics and then worked hard, due to which I got this honor today".

Regarding the competition, the Saudi student said that there were 160 questions in the international competition that had to be solved in 10 minutes.

"I will continue this journey," added Turki Bajanid. Preparations have started to participate in the competition held in Korea.

It should be noted that 2,000 students from 19 countries participated in the Mental Math World Competition in Cairo, in which 10-year-old Turki Bajunid from Saudi Arabia won the first position and won the title.
