Recent international developments, efforts and enhancement of global peace and security were discussed.
The Secretary-General of the United Nations praised Saudi Arabia's continuous efforts for a ceasefire between the parties in Yemen and a political solution to the crisis.
The Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations, Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Wasl, and the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdul Rahman Dawood, were also present in the meeting.
