Famous wrestler John Cena has defeated many opponents in his career and is now struggling to make it in Hollywood, but he has also won another big honor.
John Cena holds the world record for granting the most children's wishes for the Make A Wish Foundation.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, this foundation helps fulfill the wishes of terminally ill or terminally ill children.

These statistics are as of July 19, and the Guinness Book of World Records website credited John Cena with saying that no one else has granted more than 200 wishes of such sick children to date.
These sick children often wish to meet a famous person, attend an event or receive a gift from the Make A Wish Foundation and John Cena is always ready for it.
The Guinness Book of Records website quoted an interview with John Cena in which he said, "Whenever they need me, I don't care what I'm doing, I'm going to drop everything and be with this kid." I will fulfill your wish'.
"If I get a chance to be a part of such a great experience, I will leave everything, I will go above and beyond to fulfill my duty," he added.
John Cena began working with Make A Wish in 2002 and has been continuously associated with it since then.
