Six Palestinians were killed in raids by Israeli forces in the West Bank

Israeli forces have killed six Palestinians and wounded 20 during raids in the occupied West Bank.

The news agency AFP reported with reference to the Ministry of Health of Palestine that these deaths occurred in Nablus on Tuesday morning.

On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid has said that among those killed in Nablus was a military leader named Wadi al-Houha, who was the head of the new coalition of Palestinian fighters called 'Arin al-Aswad'.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health of Palestine confirmed that three people were killed and 19 were seriously injured.

In a later statement, three more Palestinians were killed.

The Israeli forces claim that they targeted the bases used by the Palestinian militant group 'Arin al-Asud' with the help of police and intelligence officials.

Israeli forces have claimed that "the fighters were undergoing weapons training at the time of the operation."

It should be noted that in 1967, Israel occupied the territories of Palestine and for the past few months, fierce clashes have been going on in the northern areas of the West Bank, especially Nablus and Jenin.

According to the United Nations, since the beginning of this year, around 100 Palestinian civilians, including fighters, have been killed.

This is the highest number of deaths in the West Bank in the last seven years.
