After the advance of the Ukrainian army in the southern region of Kherson, the pro-Russian authorities are instructing the citizens to move to other regions.
According to the AFP news agency, the pro-Russian administrator of Kherson, Vladimir Saldo, says that in order to avoid missile attacks, he has suggested the citizens of Kherson to move to the Russian territories.
Russia had said it would help evacuate civilians from Kherson.
Russian Prime Minister Murat Khosnolin said that the government has arranged for the citizens of Kherson to leave.
Russia has deployed the best troops to defend Kherson's West Bank.
Citizens who depart from Kherson will go to Crimea. Crimea was also part of Ukraine which was annexed from Russia in 2014.
Ukraine announced retaliation against Russia in August. It claimed to have recaptured an area of 400 square kilometers in less than a week.
