A fire in a factory in Anyang, China, killed 36 people

 36 people have been killed and two injured in a factory fire in Anyang, Henan province, China.

According to the British news agency Reuters, Chinese state media reported on Tuesday that the fire broke out at the Trading Corporation Limited in Wenfeng District, or the 'high-tech zone' in Anyang city.

According to local media, the fire incident took place on Monday afternoon and 63 vehicles reached the spot to control the fire.

The fire was completely brought under control by 11 pm local time.

According to CCTV, 36 people were reported dead till Tuesday morning and two injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.

According to the report, two people are missing.

Local officials said that the Public Security Department has taken the suspects into custody, but did not provide further details.
