Iran denies providing drones to Russia in Ukraine war

 ISLAMABAD: Iran denied providing drones to Russia during the Ukraine war.

In a statement issued by the Iranian Embassy in Pakistan, it has been said that the claims in the international media that Iran has supplied drones to Russia for use against Ukraine are baseless, and the aim is to create a hostile environment against Iran.

The statement added that Iran's principled position in this regard is very clear. Ukraine and Russia insist on resolving the root causes of the conflict and strongly oppose war.

The Iranian embassy said that the US and other NATO states' interference in the freedom and authority is serious and dangerous. Iran wants to stop the war in Ukraine by political means. It has neither given nor sent any drones to Russia for use in the war in Ukraine.
